This site is meant to prove everyone who had any doubts about physics and science that if you open your mind and think, you can discover amazing things about your environment in a fun, enthusiastic way.
Use your brain wisely, explore the world, find answers for yourself!
Teaching kids about science is not enough, we should get our children excited about it. We should teach them to ask questions and not give up until they understand the answers, or research and check for themselves. This is the best way of creating a new generation of rational, contributing members of society, who can benefit the world and, perhaps, with some luck and motivation, eradicate scientific ignorance forever.
Remember: True science is about experimentation and observation. If you use your brain to do some thinking, the world is at your feet!

hellow mam……….i tested your experiments about comb……..but it has failed………how its possible to attract comb towords water?????????????and can u please mension your name on your blog???????

The comb experiment works, but it can be a bit tricky because there are a lot of issues that can go wrong. If the air is too humid, it will fail, so make sure you open the door if you do it in a bathroom. Second, you need to “chrage” the comb. Make sure the comb is all plastic, and that you’re wearing insulating shoes (rubber, for instance). Rub the comb on your hair for a little while or, if you have wool sweater, you can rub the comb on that too, it’s probably the best way to create static charge on the comb.
Then, make sure the comb does NOT touch the water stream. If it gets wet, the charge is lost.
Finally, make sure the water stream is very very thin. It’s tricky, and it took me a few attempts to get it right, specially the water stream. Just don’t give up! it works!
